This new construction multi-unit project, located on Portland's East End Peninsula, presented significant logistical challenges due to tight setbacks and the building being within inches of the property line on two sides. Maintaining strong neighbor relations was crucial; we kept residents informed throughout the process and ensured they were aware of any activities that could cause disruption. We took over the project during the pre-construction phase from another contractor who was struggling with permitting approvals due to being overcommitted. Our team successfully navigated the permitting process, ensuring a smooth path forward and the timely completion of the project.
