This fast-paced healthcare renovation, completed for long-time client Maine Health, involved transforming outdated office space into a modern primary care facility. The project was executed in an occupied building, with active tenants on all four sides, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption. Despite the challenges, the project was successfully completed on time and under budget.
