This 8,000-square-foot renovation and addition to an existing dental office involved a strategic expansion to meet the growing needs of the practice. The project included a new addition that incorporated a stair shaft and elevator to enhance accessibility across multiple levels. Fifteen new treatment rooms were added, improving the facility’s capacity and efficiency. All work was carefully completed above an occupied and fully functioning dental office, requiring meticulous planning and coordination to minimize disruption. This project demonstrates our ability to execute complex renovations in active, high-traffic environments while maintaining operational continuity.
