Local Leaf, a prominent Portland-based grower, engaged M.W. Hoss to construct their first retail location in North Deering. Collaborating with trusted design partner Kaplan Thompson Architects, the project carefully preserved key original building elements, including the iconic canopy, to create a space with a distinctive retro charm.
