This 7,500-square-foot wood-framed structure was designed to house 36 individual salon rooms, offering a modern and functional space for tenants. Demonstrating flexibility and efficiency, M.W. Hoss self-performed the framing package, utilizing pre-fabricated wall panels and roof trusses to expedite construction. Additionally, our team took on the siding package in response to subcontractor shortages, ensuring steady progress and meeting project timelines. This approach highlights our ability to adapt to challenges while maintaining quality and delivering exceptional results.
