Since its establishment in 1870, Springer's Jewelers has remained dedicated in its commitment to commemorating the most significant milestones in the lives of its clientele. Serving as an Official Rolex Jeweler, Springer’s enlisted the expertise of M.W. Hoss to oversee the expansion of its Portsmouth location, which included the construction of an exclusive Rolex boutique.

Commencing in 2021, meticulous planning for the project unfolded as M.W. Hoss collaborated closely with design teams from Canal 5 Studios and Rolex. Together, they devised a comprehensive construction plan aimed at enhancing the existing Springer’s Jewelers space while transforming an adjacent, former restaurant area into a luxurious retail haven befitting the prestigious Rolex brand.  M.W. Hoss worked in tandem with the City of Portsmouth to establish and maintain a comprehensive emergency egress route through the site, ensuring the safety and accessibility of occupants at 100 Market Street throughout the construction phase.

In addition to overseeing on-site construction activities, the M.W. Hoss team meticulously managed quality control measures for the intricate Swiss-made casework, from design concept to fabrication oversight, including international transportation supervision. The design of the renowned watch retail establishment seamlessly integrates materials sourced from various corners of the globe, including Spanish tiles, European lighting fixtures, and Italian marble tops. The project culminates in extensive exterior renovations, boasting a new storefront system, sunshades, and an adapted granite paver hardscape, elevating the aesthetic allure of the upscale building.
