In early 2023, M.W. Hoss was tasked with bringing this unique dental practice to life. The primary goal was transforming the former office building into a state-of-the-art dentistry clinic, providing comprehensive dental services in a luxurious setting. Taked with the design-build approach, M.W. Hoss collaborated closely with the trusted team of Canal 5 Studios, together, offering a comprehensive array of design and constructability solutions.

The fast-track project commenced just X months later, with the team initiating the demolition of the existing finishes and select framing, including the removal of nearly all mechanical and electrical components. The collaborative design approach, coupled with early demolition, enabled the team not only to progress construction alongside the design phase but also to identify and address unforeseen conditions effectively, mitigating impacts.

Together with The Dental Loft team, M.W. Hoss developed a construction plan that maximized the existing space, with a primary emphasis on patient comfort and privacy, while ensuring attention and consideration to luxury in every detail.

The M.W. Hoss team managed the project while also self-performing intricately detailed millwork and finish carpentry, including custom wainscoting and substantial casework throughout, along with high-end finishes. Ultimately, the team created a welcoming and calming environment, that prioritizes patient comfort.
